As a CUSTOMER, I have had a mixed experience with Sole Traders. Some aspects of their service have been great, while others have been quite disappointing. The website is easy to navigate and their product range is impressive. However, the delivery process needs improvement as my order arrived later than expected. Overall, I would rate them as average.
