My 61yo mom was there following a heart surgery and said it's the worst place she's ever been (and has had plenty of surgeries). They stopped updating the place in the 80s and staff it with kleptomaniacs; they stole her coffee, her cocoa and her new package of underwear. She thinks they screwed up her meds, too, but we're not sure if that's where that info fell through the cracks. Ultimately landed her back in the hospital. They charged for certain services that weren't really delivered because equipment was broken and didn't work right. She did NOT mention anything about rudeness or abuse, only some inappropriate dramas, but still wouldn't recommend this facility.
