I had a mixed experience with Tecsacon Technologies - India. Although their website looked professional, their customer service was subpar. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, the answers were vague. However, their technical team was knowledgeable and helped me resolve the issues I had with their product. Overall, I would rate them as average.
