Forbes & Forbes Ltd is a company that I have mixed feelings about. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an issue with a recent purchase and when I reached out for assistance, it took them days to respond. I believe they need to improve their communication and responsiveness to better serve their customers.
