Very uncharacteristic of a library to be this nois...

Very uncharacteristic of a library to be this noisy! With babies crying, kids shouting and tables and chairs being dragged around upstairs. The staff were also very unhelpful and slightly rude.
I am very disappointed with my experience. Quite frankly, this is my last visit to this library.
