Kajidata research has been my go-to research partner for quite some time now. Their services are average at best. While their reports are decent, I often feel that they lack in-depth analysis and fail to provide actionable recommendations. Moreover, their customer support could use some improvement as it can be slow to respond. Overall, I would say they are an okay choice, but there are certainly better options available in the market.
