I recently used a trap cleaning service and found the experience less than satisfactory. The response time was longer than expected, which disrupted my schedule. While the initial communication seemed professional, the execution left a lot to be desired. The cleaning wasn't thorough, leading to recurring issues shortly after their visit. 😕 The follow-up support could also use improvement. Not the experience I had hoped for.
