I had the opportunity to interact with a company recently and I must say that my experience was not very positive. The website I visited was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. The representatives were not very helpful, and it seemed like they did not want to assist me. Overall, I was not impressed with the Kerr group of companies.
