Working at Social Solutions International, INC has been quite an experience. There are days when I absolutely love it, and there are days when I am frustrated. But that's the reality of any job. The company provides a good work-life balance, and the projects are interesting. The only downside is that sometimes there can be a lack of clear direction from management. However, overall, it's a decent place to work at.
