Paid 43.50 for my meal and was so disappointed in it. Usually love the Granadas food but tonight was terrible. Was seated at around 6.30pm and ordered our meals at 6.50 before that we found out our reserved table of six was given to others, after that my family did not get our meals until 8.15pm our meals was un eatable due to our chips being so salty that not even our sauces could stop the saltiness of our food, the parmies where disgusting with sharedded ham and hardly any sauce to cover the chicken and the fish still had the poop bag was not cleaned out probably.. tonight was meant to be a special night to us all. Disappointed to the max. I will be not coming back until proper customer service is instated.
