I regret buying chairs from The Chair Academy. The quality is poor, and the chairs are uncomfortable. The ordering process was smooth, but I was disappointed with the chairs when they arrived. The customer service team was responsive in addressing my concerns but failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, it was a below-average experience, and I would not recommend The Chair Academy.
