The company Bw confidential is mediocre at best. Their website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. The product descriptions are lacking and I often find myself confused about what exactly I'm purchasing. The customer service is equally disappointing. It takes forever to get a response and when I finally do, they are not at all helpful. Overall, I would not recommend doing business with Bw confidential.
