I recently purchased a property from Prayag real estate and I must say that I had an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall process was quite slow. It took longer than expected to complete the paperwork and get the keys to my new home. However, the property itself is in good condition and meets my requirements. I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future.
