The problem with our experience with Independent Property Management was the regular change of Property Managers over the years. This meant that there was no consistency and errors were made because of poor communication and transfer of information. It was only the last Property Manager Shani Bourne who went out of her way to establish a relationship with us and try to assist us anyway she could, knowing we were many hours away and relying upon her to safe guard our investment property.
