I'd always wanted to visit Mt. Auburn because I'd heard a lot about it. It's a really amazing place, both for the history, the prominent figures who lie in rest here, and the exceptional and unique beauty. You'd hardly know it was a cemetery (if not for all the gravestones) -- the hills and dells and ponds are beautiful.
