This is the screwiest company I have ever dealt with. First I received a call from a number wanting me to verify my name and date of birth. I asked who wanted to know and they told me they were not allowed to tell me. I told them then I was not going to verify the number. He said that's ok, if you want to know who we are you can call back and ask. I called back only to speak to someone who would not tell me who they were until I verified it. They did tell me they were a collection agency. Reluctantly I verified the information. They then told me that they were calling because in the past I sat up payments of $30 but the last two months I paid $100. I told them I didn't see the problem. They said once I didn't pay the $30 (but paid the $100) I broke my agreement with them. I told them I couldn't believe that they were harassing me about paying too much. They just kept saying that is just the way the system is set up. Very screwy and unprofessional.
