As a CUSTOMER of Wilmington cold storage, I have been using their services for the past year. The experience has been mostly positive. The website at keepitcoldstorage.com is easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. However, there have been a couple of instances where the temperature of my storage unit was not maintained properly.
