I had a mixed experience with Reaction Air. The air purifier I received was not functioning properly, and it took some back-and-forth with the customer service team to get it resolved. However, they were eventually able to provide me with a replacement, which has been working well so far. While the initial issue was frustrating, their willingness to rectify the situation was appreciated. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
