I am a long-time customer of Telecomgiant and I must say, their service is average at best. While they have a wide range of products and plans, the quality is just not up to par. The network coverage is spotty in many areas and the internet speeds are inconsistent. Customer service is also lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Overall, I expected more from a company of this size and reputation.
