I must say that I had a mixed experience with Technical Drilling Tools. While the quality of their products is great, the customer service was lacking. I faced difficulties in getting timely responses to my queries, which was frustrating. However, once I received the tools, they worked flawlessly and helped me complete my project successfully. It would be great if they improve their customer service.
