We waited for over an hour with a young special needs baby, my mom with a bad heart condition, with little to no explanation why. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!!!!!!!!! While other people walked in and their rooms immediately. Fair? Not in my book. Awful, just awful !!!!!
