Joey Marrocco came right out to check our hot water heater when it was not working this morning. He explained options for cleaning, repairs, replacement. He was very thorough in explaining things and was not high pressure to replace it at all. We did decide to replace it and he gave us details on what might make sense for our family. I was very pleased with his professionalism..... he was very nice to work with.
