Impact Marketing is an average company. They are good at what they do, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and informative. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I would rate Impact Marketing as average.
