I had a mixed experience with Grovelab. While some aspects were great, others were quite disappointing. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members. However, the quality of the products fell short of my expectations. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. Overall, I would rate Grovelab as average.
