I had a mixed experience with Eleazer Richard. The customer service was great, but the product quality was below average. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they tried their best to resolve the issues I had with the product. However, the product itself did not meet my expectations. I think Eleazer Richard can improve their products to match the excellent customer service they provide.
