I was ready to jump into another lease since my car was a nightmare and malfunctions almost cost me my life. My lease was ending and naturally I wanted to get another Mercedes and take advantage of the credit given in order to lease another vehicle not counting not having to pay $600 return fee. To my surprise I was in the dealership maybe 10mi. A nice salesman check a few cars that fit my budget $40,000 with 3500 miles, He shows the car, price and mileage to me from his computer, it was perfect because after the credits etc I knew thats what I wanted. He does some numbers, he talks to his manager comes back with the numbers and it didn't look right, the payment was very high but when I looked up I see that the car is $45000 and the milage is 11000. I told him thats not the car you showed me. He said its the SAME car, i told him NO different price and mileage, he kept saying it was the same card like Im in a crazy movie!! This card was not the payment I need it. Simply put the managers told me he didn't have cars to fit my budget WOW talk about DISHONESTY, I got up and left down the street to the LEXUS dealer, they did whatever necessary to get me a nice well equipped truck and the payment I wanted. Im sooo disappointed because I truly wanted a Mercedes but it was shocking how little they care to retain by business not counting being so DISHONEST in the process. Never again. Best of luck
