I had an average experience with Btm-biotecnología de microalgas. The company website is pretty informative. However, there were a few areas where I think they could improve. The customer service could have been more responsive and attentive to my needs. Overall, their products are of good quality, but there is room for improvement. I hope to see them grow and provide a better customer experience in the future. 🙁
