I am a CUSTOMER and I have been working with Greater Cincinnati Human Rsrce for a few years now. Overall, my experience with them has been average. The communication could be improved and response times are often slow. However, they have a great team that is knowledgeable and supportive. Their website gchra.shrm.org is user-friendly and provides a lot of useful resources. I would rate them as average and recommend them to others.
