Been dealing with Capital Ford for a few years. The service department is hit and miss. Recently bought a new vehicle here. The salesman was helpful and easy to deal with, but the sales manager (in the used department) was pushy and tried a number of sales tactics on me. Told the salesman I didn't want to deal with the manager and my experience was better from there.
