I recently discovered this amazing distillery through a friend and I must say that I am very impressed. The quality of their spirits is outstanding and the flavors are incredibly unique. I tried their Texas Vodka and it was so smooth and refreshing. I also appreciate the fact that they use locally sourced ingredients. The only suggestion I have is to lower the price a bit, as it's a bit expensive for everyday consumption. But overall, I would rate Paula's Texacello as great.
