I've been using First Logistex, Inc for my shipping needs, and they have been average at best. While they deliver on time, their services lack the attention to detail and personal touch I look for in a logistics company. I've had a few instances where communication was not prompt or clear. Overall, they are decent, but I wouldn't consider them exceptional.
