I had a generally positive experience with the Northern Illinois Conference of the United Methodist Church. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I felt that some of the programs offered could be more inclusive and diverse. Overall, it's an average organization that has room for improvement.
