I have been a customer of Pivot Wealth for a few months now and I must say, they have been average in my experience so far. The investment options they offer are decent, but the customer service could be improved. Sometimes it takes several days to get a response to my queries, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate Pivot Wealth as an average company.
