I've been a customer of Estone for a few months now and I must say their service is average. It's not outstanding, but it's also not disappointing. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. However, I've had a few minor issues with customer support taking longer than expected to reply to my inquiries. Hopefully, they can improve in that area.
