I have been a customer of Professional Concepts Insurance Agency, Inc. for several years and I must say that their service is average. The agents are generally helpful and polite, but I feel that there is room for improvement. The claims process can be a bit slow at times and the premiums are slightly higher than what I've seen with other insurance agencies. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
