I recently purchased some products from Jumisa and I must say I'm disappointed with their customer service. The products themselves are of good quality, but the company's lack of communication and slow response times were frustrating. I had a question about my order and it took them days to get back to me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Jumisa as average.
