I have been successfully on Ideal Protien with 7Company for a little over 6 months and have lost 65lbs and over 50 inches. The combination of the Ideal Protein program and 7Company can't be beat. The staff and coaches are phenomenal and the "extras" keep you motivated and offer other services and new ideas to be successful. The program works and is so easy. It teaches you not only how to get the weight off now, but how to keep it off for the long run. Joining this program has been the BEST thing I've ever done for myself. I highly recommend it!
