I cannot certify my benefits and have not been receiving any of my benefits going 4 months now. It s just keeps getting rejected. Every rep I get a hold of after 100+ calls can t help with no usable Info. Suppose a speacialist is suppose to contact me but it s been a few months now and I ve answered every phone call that came in because I was told they ll only call once. So far nothing!!!!! EDD better back pay for all eligible persons for there lack of process!!!
