🏢🏘️ I recently used the services of a property management company and decided to give YPMLLC a try based on their website. Although their website was user-friendly and informative, my experience with the company was just average. The staff was polite and responsive, but I found the overall level of service to be lacking. As a customer, I expected better communication and more attention to details. 📞🗒️ Despite their promises of prompt maintenance and repairs, it took longer than expected to get things fixed, and follow-ups were needed. The rental process was quite straightforward, but some additional guidance would have been appreciated. Overall, my experience with YPMLLC was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
