Brace yourselves, this is going to be a long and emotional review! It's been a very emotional journey for my Husband and I. It's been a constant roller coaster since we met and decided to get married. We have been in touch with Reiss Edwards even before we got married. I was first in touch with Joe, who got back to us very quickly (at this point, my husband and I were worried as we hadn't been together for long and were worried that his visa would be declined) Joe was very caring and reassured us that we're in safe hands and there is nothing to worry about. He was SO right!

After we got married, we had to apply for my husband's visa as soon as possible as we had a crisis that could have potentially ruined all of our chances of being together in the UK.

Joe first assigned our case to Fong, who I thought was not helpful at all, she barely answered emails and acted like she didn't care about our application which was really heartbreaking as we'd had such a great experience with Joe.

She then passed our case over to Katherine and i'm so so sooo happy that she did! Katherine is honestly a DIAMOND! She picked up our case right away, gave us all of the right advice and noticed many errors in our application (that fong had wrongly advised). Katherine was very patient throughout the whole process, from start to finish. She dealt with my worries and frustrations very calmly (sorry Katherine!).

Long story short, after chasing the home office, british embassy and TLS we finally got our desired result!!! I will finally be reunited with my husband in the UK! THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE AND KATHERINE! <3
