I recently rented an RV from this company for a road trip, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, their website was easy to use, and the booking process was straightforward. The vehicle itself was in decent condition and had all the necessary amenities. However, I did encounter a few issues during my trip. Firstly, the customer service was not the friendliest or most helpful. I had a couple of questions and concerns that were not adequately addressed. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues with the RV that could have been avoided with better upkeep.
