I recently purchased a heart rate monitor from their website, and I was quite impressed with the design and accuracy. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my query. 🤔 Additionally, the product packaging was flimsier than I anticipated, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the device itself works as advertised and integrates well with my fitness app. Overall, I'd say it's an average experience with room for improvement. ⌛
