I recently visited the resort and had a mixed experience. The ski slopes were well-maintained and offered a variety of runs for different skill levels. However, I found the customer service to be lacking, as the staff seemed disengaged and inattentive. The accommodation was comfortable, but some areas felt outdated and in need of renovation. On the positive side, the food at the on-site restaurants was enjoyable and reasonably priced. The resort's amenities, such as the spa and fitness center, were also a highlight of the trip. Overall, my stay was average, with some aspects exceeding expectations while others fell short. I would recommend it for the skiing, but hope to see improvements in customer service and facilities in the future.
