I would give it a 4, due to floor cleanliness issues, lack of a fridge, or coffee maker in my room. Also, the pool was insanely busy at all times (almost too much considering it was indoors during a pandemic with no masks) and with the loud dog next door and people talking it was hard to sleep. Otherwise, it was comfortable and the service was always outstanding.
