Took a few weeks to get my flooring installed. They had to reschedule due to an emergency. So they moved my installation date a few weeks back but they informed me they would be able to move it back up more than likely because of cancellations, which did happen. All my materials were there except for the transitions. 1 of the guys (didn t get his name) ordered them while they were installing the laminate and they were dropped off as they finished. Only took them about 3hrs. Very professional. Cleaned up when they were finished. AND after they had already left I accidentally stepped on the transition and cracked it and knocked out a nail. They CAME BACK and fixed it for me. No charge. Wouldn t even accept the $20 I tried to give them for their time. Excellent work. These reviews had me nervous but they did a great job for me.
