I recently purchased a lawnmower from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse their products. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. When I had questions about the product, it took longer than expected to receive a response. The delivery of the lawnmower was punctual, but the packaging seemed a bit haphazard, leading to minor scratches on the machine. While the product itself works well, I believe there are areas where the company could improve, particularly in terms of communication and attention to detail. I hope they take this feedback into consideration for future customers.
