👍 I visited Direct Tools Factory Outlet last week and I must say, I had mixed feelings about it. The prices were decent and I found some good deals on tools. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement. 👎
