Personally, I am always reluctant to write a review until I have ever come in contact with the customer or grantie business. I bought a hose at The Autosport Company that became porous after 3 months. I explained and she sent me a day after directly charge a replacement hose to the story. A snake that was significantly more expensive at a cost than the snake I originally ordered. Now this new snake appears to have a slightly smaller diameter and is not suitable for my application (can happen). I send a little girl again and the next day I immediately receive a new hose, one size larger, free of charge, without mentioning anything about the costs or sending back one of the snakes.

A lot of webshops could learn something from these gentlemen.
