It's my first time buying a custom frame so I didn't know what to expect or what to look for. The gentleman who served me was kind to say the least with this novice. He asked several questions about what I wanted (fanciness, cost, expectations) and we came up with a great frame that didn't break the bank.

Through no fault of the store, Google gives terrible directions to their location. I ended up in a bank parking lot. Just look for their sign on Clay Avenue and pull into their drive.
