My experience with Carlauren care was a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I found the overall level of care to be lacking. The company website touts their commitment to individualized care, but I often felt like just another number. Additionally, the quality of the food left much to be desired. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
